Chef Cyrus Todiwala OBE DL

Cyrus Todiwala’s ambition is as bold as his flavors. A fixture in the culinary world, he’s one of the few Indian chefs listed in Who’s Who. Cyrus has earned accolades like the prestigious Catey Award, a special nod from the Craft Guild of Chefs, and numerous honors for his dedication to sustainability. In 2012, he had the honor of cooking the inaugural luncheon for Her Majesty The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Tour. With his wife Pervin, Cyrus transformed Café Spice Namasté in East London into a global culinary landmark and the longest-running Michelin BIB Gourmand restaurant in the world. A familiar face on TV and radio, you’ve seen him on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen, ITV’s James Martin’s Saturday Morning, and the BBC series “The Incredible Spice Men.” And if that’s not enough, he’s also penned seven cookbooks, sharing his passion for Indian cuisine with the world.
